Town Planning

This Office is working as a field office of the Department of Town & Country Planning, Punjab. As per the instructions of government, this office prepare statutory Master Plans of cities/ towns for planed and regulated development under “ The Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2006.”

The detail of Master Plans notified/ under preparation by this office is as under:-

Master Plan, Hoshiarpur:- Master Plan, Hoshiarpur notified by the government vide notification no. 12/75/2006-4HG1/2925 Dated:- 29/07/2011.

Master Plan, Mukerian:- Master Plan, Mukerian notified by the government vide notification no. 12/33/2010- 4HG1 Dated:- 13.10.201

Local Planning Area, Dasua :- Local Planning Area, Dasuya is notified by the government vide notification no 12/6/2010/4HG 1/1934 dated 21/06/2010 u/s 56 (1) of the Punjab Regional & Town Planning and Development ( Amendment) Act,2006 and its Draft Master Plan is prepared by this office which has been sent to government for approval.

Local Planning Area’s :- The following Local Planning Area’s have been prepared by this office:-

• Tanda :- Yet to be notified
• Hariana :- Notified
• Garhdiwala :- Notified
• Garhshankar :- Notified
• Mahilpur :- yet to be notified
• ShamChaurasi :- Is being prepared by this office

This office also prepare the planned scheme such as O.U.V.G.L., Urban Estates etc. developed by PUDA. Recently this office has planned O.U.V.G.L. Scheme of Seed Farm, Mukerian and lay-out plan of 3.40 Acre Puda , Area Scheme No.10 at Hoshiarpur.

This office also prepares the Rural Focal Points in Rural areas. 38 no. of Focal Points has been prepared by the office in different blocks in District Hoshiarpur whose detail is given as under:-

This office provide services for various projects as given below:-

• Change of land Use/NOC in case of Petrol Pump, Rice Sheller, Brick Kiln, Industry, Institutional, Commercial, Residential, Hospital, Hotel etc.
• Sanction of Building Plan ( Upto 500 Sq. Mt.)
• Completion / Partial Completion Certificate (Upto 500 Sq. Mt.)
• Land Use Classification Certificate.
